Dental Courses at ADP Training Environment

We offer a comprehensive Dental Courses and Training Programmes from induction to management development, including CPD events, and our portfolio is growing all the time.

We have adopted a blended learning approach to training and development.  “Blended Learning” is the term used to describe the adoption of a variety of techniques for delivering information and knowledge. Typically our blended learning program will consist of any or all of the following: 

• Face to Face training
• Self paced learning, either online, or on a computer, or from a workbook
• Live, virtual classroom based training via the Internet

’ADP Dental Academy’ is a new and unique e-Learning concept, designed to provide 24/7 flexible e-Learning opportunities for employees and to facilitate the exchange of information, resources and best practice. The ADP Dental Academy provides a secure learning environment (via the web) delivering live, instructor led programmes, combined with learning material and assessment.

ADP Dental has 3 Regional Training Centres, one in the South West, one in London and one in the North of England. The centres include classroom facilities and a training surgery, which allows us to introduce new employees, especially trainee nurses, to the surgery environment and practise using equipment before working with patients.
